About the instructor, Kim Verity MA MS
Kim earned her degree in Nutrition Science from Cornell University. She then worked as a part time faculty at De Anza College teaching Nutrition and Disease Prevention courses for their Older Adult Studies Program. Kim has worked as a nutrition educator for the YMCA of the Silicon Valley for 20 years. Kim's focus is community education and making healthy eating easy, delicious and fun!
